I AM A multimedia writer and editor based in
Toronto - Ontario, Canada. 

 

Who does not love stories? I love telling them and people say that I do a great job at that. I specialize in writing, editing and shooting images for features and digital content.

I have over 5 years' experience in the communications field and have worked with leading organizations, namely 94.3 Radio One, Zee Entertainment Enterprises, Polka Cafe, Purple Squirrel Eduventures, and The Times of India, to name some, creating compelling content for varied audiences and platforms. And because I love being around young people, I also found myself mentoring interns on the job and teaching Media Studies to university students at Symbiosis School for Liberal Arts (SSLA).

My supervisors and peers say that I am a prolific and versatile writer with a distinct, engaging writing style. Additionally, my hands-on editing and managerial and communication skills have helped me stand out and make a mark.

My recent experiences in Canada include writing for Do a Barrel Roll, a website committed to highlighting the positive effects of gaming, delivering film talks and conducting tours at the Toronto International Film Festival, and participating in a media and communications training program funded by the Government of Ontario.
